Huda TV (English) - Huda is an English language
television station. There are many programs to benefit the new Muslim. Many of
these programs will also benefit the person who has been a Muslim for some time.
There are programs focusing on women's issues as well as male issues and Islam
in general. Many of the presenters on this station are Western Muslims who have
themselves converted from other religions.
Islamic Research Foundation - This
organization is located in Mumbai, India. It is a charitable trust. It's purpose
is to promote Islamic Da'wah or the proper presentation, understanding and
appreciation of Islam. There is much here for the new Muslim and the Muslim who
wishes to improve their ability to perform Da'wah. It's founder Dr. Zakir Naik
is also a presenter on Huda TV.
Islamic Finder - Is a clearing house
for Islamic items to be found in the USA and Canada. You can download a free
Athan program form this site, I use it on my laptop. You can also find prayer
times for anywhere in the world. I use it to download monthly prayer times for
our mosque at work.
Islam Tomorrow - This is another
clearing house for Islamic information. This covers information for Muslims at
all levels of development. Most of the presenters on Huda TV have links from
this WEB site.
Ahadith Information The study of the Ahadith
is important to all Muslims, regardless of our stage of development. This page
on this site provides a link to the Sahihal Bukhari WEB site. That site provides
many of the Ahadith and a place to do research.
